Here are some examples of the projects we have undertaken

Green Car Technology: Worked for a top tier non-profit to assess the opportunity to introduce green car technology to the Chinese auto market. 

Social Impact Bonds: Evaluated the potential for a small non-profit to use social impact bonds to fund their next stage of growth. 

Board Development: Worked with the board of a mid-sized non-profit to evaluate their various skill sets and leadership approach and provided insight on how to better assist and support the CEO to achieve the mission.

Aligning people to the mission: Worked with a global non-profit to assess the staff’s alignment to the environmental mission. Mentored the leadership team to increase internal communications, aligned performance goals to outcomes and created reward mechanisms to drive cultural change among staff and stakeholders. 

Supporting local communities: In addition to providing consulting services, Red Gate team members are also keen volunteers at mission driven organizations. The picure here, is one or our volunteer consultants building houses with Tabitha in Cambodia.
